Here are some comments made by participants of the seminar:
More than ever before today’s society is shaped by efficiency, rapidity and profit. You do not live anymore, but “are often lived”. Too often the human aspect is pushed into the
background. The Samurai Manager Seminar takes man back into a central position. Since Samurais have existed, their values have been cultivated in Japan. The factors time, trust,
motivation, timing and – very important - intuition play an extremely important role there. This does not only apply to Asia, but to Europe as well. The Samurai Manager Seminar reminds us
of these often forgotten values, physically as well as pragmatically. It is not only about "seeing is believing" but more about "feeling is believing". Thus, the seminar is the perfect
interface between the Budo and today’s business world, where many common denominators can be found.

Not losing the focus on the essential in our business world getting more complex and faster, poses a big challenge for me. The seminar „The Samurai Manager“ was an impressive experience
and helped me grow in my personal development. Thus I can approach things in a more determined and at the same time considerably more composed way today. And the amazing thing about the
seminar: Due to early morning training of the Samurai martial art principles and practical tools, the acquired skills are preserved and not forgotten in daily routine as so often!
Simone Burgener , HR Campus AG, Switzerland
The Samurai Manager seminar was a new experience for me - in both content and physical training. The combination of far-eastern and western management strategies applied to the values of
the Samurai created a solid, consistent concept. Values were not only discussed, but also brought to life. An incomparable experience for body and spirit.
You feel – you go. I would prefer to describe the seminar as “you understand – you feel – you go”, where the main focus is put on “you feel – you go”. This is the considerable difference
to other attended seminars where the main focus is often on “you understand“ with a lot of theory and lots of charts. In this seminar knowledge is imparted efficiently to executives and
managers (you understand), body and mind are trained at the same time (you feel) und acquired knowledge applied immediately (you go). The big advantage of this seminar is that theoretical
knowledge and experience are communicated at the same time. This is an efficient method of internalizing knowledge in a short time and of being able to implement it authentically and in a
target-oriented way. The Samurai Manager combines Far Eastern knowledge and values with our Western business world. I was highly impressed by it in its clarity and interaction. What was
particularly impressive was Mr. Lindner’s professional competence and his numerous practical examples. Even during the course a significantly positive change of your own attitude and
intuition could be noticed. I could use the knowledge acquired in the seminar in practice immediately and authentically as you start to live “you feel – you go” in the seminar!

In my occupational career of over thirty years I was permitted to attend a lot of seminars. The Samurai Manager Program, however, has an impressive unique feature. I was emotionally
touched by the contents and methodology of the transfer of knowledge and even at the seminar lots of positive changes were triggered off. I am enthusiastic about the program’s coherent
conception, its sustainability and the fact that it truly appeals to the zeitgeist.

Guiding staff and developing motivated teams is a special challenge in civil service, too. The executive managers’ seminar The Samurai Manager provides helpful instruments for executive
daily life and shows an exciting way to being an upright top executive, based on the values of the legendary Samurai. My staff and I were highly impressed by the methodology of the
transfer of knowledge, the practice orientation and the quality of the seminar.
